It's been a cray journey, let me begin by saying female transformation are the toughest. For example, you know when that time of the month hits you the going gets tough! Fat loss doesn't happen immediately at subcutaneous level (tween muscle & fats) that makes us look like we're losing fats. Female don't make as much testosterone as men; testosterone is the ultimate building block for muscle building hormone. More muscle = more calories burn, add in proper caloric deficit management = fat loss. there's many more going against, but with the right emphasis on training & eating management it can be done!
